Surface treatment

Blunico always delivers robust and hear-wearing solutions. This also includes the right surface treatment of your products.

We offer three types of surface treatment, each with unique properties.

Correct pickling restores the protective oxide coating on the metal. We pickle workpieces that are

up to 6 m long, up to 2 m wide and up to 1.8 m high.

For materials such as stainless steel, glass blasting is an excellent option which results in a uniform and silky surface with a very appealing appearance. This process allows us to handle workpieces that are

up to 7 m long, up to 4 m wide and up to 3 m high

Our deburring process grinds away sharp edges and corners of workpieces

up to 4 m long and up to 1 m wide.

Characteristic of all three surface treatment procedures is Blunico's careful attention to detail and finish. This produces results that are not only hard-wearing and robust but also beautiful.
