Blunico holds a long list of certifications and approvals – constantly adding more. This is your guarantee that we follow controlled and uniform procedures characterized by traceability and quality.

We hold a range of certifications; this list is not exhaustive:

• SO 9001:2008 – your guarantee for excellent and reliable quality performance.
• DS/EN ISO 3834 – quality management for all aspects of the welding process
• We offer welding according to the WPQR standard.
• We offer NDT of our welding jobs.
• We offer production procedures in compliance with DS/EN 1090.
• We produce medical devices in compliance with our FDA approval.

We are constantly monitoring our quality through in-process procedures in addition to verification of the control of the finished product. We can also conduct additional quality assurance based on customer specifications, if applicable.
